Dex provides its Services as SaaS (Software as a Service) Model including some customization across apps and website also, and will host data and information. Individual records of Customer Data may be viewed or accessed only for the purpose of bus fixing, resolving a problem, support issues, or suspected violation of the Terms of Use Agreement, or as may be required by law. You are advised not to use our website or apps in case you do not wish to have your information used or displayed as described in the privacy policy and Terms of Use Agreement. You willingly provide us certain personal information, which we collect in order to provide the Services. Registration

In order to become a User, you must first create an account on our website. To create an account, you are required to provide the following information, which you recognize and expressly acknowledge is personal information allowing others, including Dex, to identify you: first name, last name, email address, phone number and password chosen by you and associated details of your company like company name, logo, company CIN and tax details. We may, in future, include other optional requests for information from you to help us to customize the website, apps and associated services to deliver personalized information to you. Without your agreement, we will not share, rent or sell any personal information with third parties in any way other than what is disclosed in this privacy statement.

Payment

We may require our users to pay with a credit card, debit card, wire transfer, cheque, cash or other valid modes provided by our payment gateway with proper invoice. We will collect your financial institution information such as bank account numbers and will use that information for the billing and payment processes only, including but not limited to the use and disclosure of such information to third parties as necessary to complete such billing operation.

Closing your Account

You can also close your account on the website or opt out of SaaS service based app at any time. On closure, we will remove your name and other personally identifiable information from our publicly viewable database. We may retain certain data contributed by you if we believe it may be necessary to prevent fraud or future abuse, or for legitimate business purposes, such as analysis of aggregated, non- personally identifiable data, account recovery, or if required by law. To request that we close your account and remove your information from the website, please send your request to support@dexconsulting.com. You will receive a response to your requests within five business days of its receipt.

Retrieval of information

Dex internally has a process on information security and your information being accessed only by those who are authorized. In situations where you accidentally delete your information and would like to retrieve, then this core team may access the stored database and recover the same. Please be aware that this team may have to go through your personal information in order to restore the information sought by you.

USERS OBLIGATIONS

You must, at all times, respect the terms and conditions of the then-current Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use Agreement. This includes respecting all intellectual property rights which may belong to third parties.
